For the QR, are we suppose to know geometry equations. For example, the area of a sphere, lateral area of a cone?

This may be a dumb question, but I have seen people talk about writing stuff down on their laminate sheets during the tutorial? Do they give you specific time to do this?

Ya, I been reading about some of this stuff on the blog too. Are we allowed to use that 15 minute tutorial time to write out equations for the test (like science and math formulas)?

If I remember correctly, there is a 15 min break after the PAT section where you can write down stuff. There is also a tutorial in the beginning in which you can write down stuff as well.
