Hey guys please help me , I get 15 in Kaplan for QR, and 15- 16 in Top score and almost the same in DAT achiever, what should I do? How the real deal is different with these practical. thanks

Its just as hard as topscore. goodluck.

not everyone gets 20's on the DAT so dont worry. I have a 3.89 gpa and got 19's/

Do many problems. Make sure you read and understand all explanations. I can't recommend any book for QR since I haven't practiced much for this section.

3.89 doesn't mean much without a DAT score. I did most of my high school abroad and there 65% (2.6/4) was an excellent math grade. It wasn't because my classmates were brain dead. One of my schoolmates either competed in math olympiad or was selected as one of the top math finalists. NOT quite sure what happened to him because I returned to the US after 10th grade and he was 3 years older than me. It took me less than a year to finish the last two years of high school in the US.

I was getting the same type of scores on Topscore and on the real thing I got a 15. DO NOT take the math portion lightly! It will bring down your AA 1 or 2 points down with a score of 15. Don't take the DAT until you are getting at least 18's on the QR. I regret my mistake, but oh well, I got to live with it.

a lot of people seem to say the real qr section is harder than topscore, but i found topscore to be extremely difficult....and when i took my real dat, the math was a joke...i had time to do every question 2 times...

i agree.. much easier without the need to memorize ridiculous formulas. i thought it was comparable to (if not easier than) the SAT math section.

but if you are getting 15's, you need to make sure you understand what you're doing wrong. keep practicing and you'll get a good idea of what type of problems to expect 🙂

Remind me again why my goal (on the practice tests before I go to take the real deal) is:
BIO 26
Chem 25
O-Chem 23
RC 24
QR 19
PAT 20 (I got a 19 the first time I took the practice PAT)

That's what? About a 22 or 23 AA?
