Hello my fellow Canadians,
I am a DO student who came from Quebec. I recently have read about the much-discussed change in term of J-1 Visas...I would simply like to inquire if such change is across the country, or is Quebec still part of the exception to the rule (they used to be... at least) as it used to be?
