hi everyone
i have done my bds from india and after that i did a 2 year post graduate diploma on human rights from the all india human rights commision , delhi .
it was a correspondence course with yearly exams , thesis , project report etc. i even got a certificate of the diploma . in certain universities in india this diploma is equivalent to post graduate degree.

i was wondering if i should write about the diploma in my application forms.
will it go against me or will it be beneficial?
human rights n all!!!
also do i need to get an ece evaluation of this also?

I feel u should mention that u finished ur postgraduate diploma, it will be helpful in applying for the schools. As it is in human rights, I am sure it will help u convince them how ethical u can be with ur work in the future. about the ECE evaluation, I think it will add to ur GPA, but u need to find out from them first hand regarding the no. of credits u will get for the course. May be call them up and talk to them, they are very helpful, u will know some firsthand info rather than someone else telling u what to do.
