Question about AMCAS application

On the AMCAS application, for transcript grade, do we need to include the 4.0 for A, 3.0 for B... etc. or just the A?

Enter the grade as it appears on your transcript. So if your transcript shows your grade as an A, that's what you enter. The verifiers will plug your grades into their system and calculate your AMCAS GPA point values.
