So many schools say that they require one year of biology with lab. I have taken one semester of intro bio lab, genetics, biochemistry, and physiology with lab. Will this be enough to fulfill the biology requirements at most schools? I also have AP bio credit but some schools don't accept this.

Your AP bio credit satisfies the bio at any school that accepts bio credit. The upper division biology classes you have should suffice at most schools that do not accept the AP credit as they indicate proficiency in the material.

Lets clarify this. At most school AP BIO will count as completing the prereq of a year of introductory bio (as some schools require) but it will not count for the credit. Therefore they require a year of additional bio. You have that so you are fine. At schools that say a year of bio, you are fine. As for your neurosis about this, maybe not so fine

I have a similar question as the OP, so I might as well post it here. I also have AP Bio credit. I've taken multiple upper-level courses so I definitely have the lecture portion satisfied. I'm mainly wondering about the lab portion. So far I've taken an advanced 3-credit molecular biology lab, and an advanced 3-credit biochemistry lab. Will these be sufficient?
