question about completed harvard secondary

I just filled out the Harvard secondary, and got an email saying "If you have not already done so, be sure to finalize
your application when you are ready to submit it to the Committee on
Admissions for review."

Does anyone know what this means? Am I supposed to add something to my application and submit it, or has it been finalized already since I went through the steps and submitted and filled out my credit card info?

This is probably really obvious, but if anyone can clue me in I'd appreciate it. =)

Theres a small checkbox on the last page so you can finalize your application and release it to the adcom. I believe that's what they intended in the email.
