Most D4s I know offered some sort of compensation if it were not a family member/friend of theirs.

I would recommend u do the same. Good incentive and makes up for lost wages for that person.

Do boards pts at other schools really have to pay for the procedures? I know our school offers free tx for approved boards pts. And the students still offer some form of compensation, or at least a free ride to the appt.
