Question about dual institutional appointment

does anyone know if it is possible to enroll in two schools at the same time and how one would go about it - school A (MD-PhD) and school B (PhD) --> in order to do the PhD at school B and MD at school A

Not sure...I know they do this for some grad. students when a PI moves - is this the case with you?

I doubt you would be allowed. I have heard of special exceptions to do a PhD at the NIH and the MD at the MSTP school but not two different institutions - unless they already have an agreement eg UCLA/Caltech.

So, the short answer is no, but you could always ask the director of the MD school.
