Question about elective rotations

So I am in my second year now and I am thinking about my third year elective. I have my elective before I experience any internal medicine. My schedule includes surgery, psych, and then my elective followed by internal medicine. I currently have interests in neuro, PM&R, and IM. I mean I cant change my schedule but would it matter that I would do a neuro rotation before an IM? I just don't want to look like a d*mb*** especially if it is possibly a program I want to consider for the future. Or should I just do an IM rotation and do something else later? Thanks
