Question about IM LOR

So I've always been told for IM you should have at least 2 LOR from IM related MD's and one from another field. For some reason unknown my LOR from a non-medicine field keeps being rejected, and with Sat coming up I'm now stuck with 3 LOR (all IM MD's though). Will this hurt me that much when programs look and only see IM related LORs? I'm still going to push out my applications and pray this gets resolved fast, just wanted to hear any thoughts.

Three IM LOR's is totally fine. You are worried about nothing.
