I was wondering if there's any way to tell how much the edge of an object shortens as you turn it. In the question I posted from Bootcamp, it looked to me like the diagonal rectangle in answer C was too long but since the object is shown at an angle, it looks shorter than it really is.

Are there any tips on how to mentally measure this or do you just kinda have to eyeball it?

In fact answer C also wrong. But all others obvious seems worse, so select C.

It is just practice, so do not spend to much time on such kind problem.

Just making sure- keyholes are only top front end (right) right? And just rotated around in those planes?

I AM NOT SURE WHAT YOU SAID IS TRUE OR NOT.

HERE IS THE 2007 sample direction.

Can someone explain what does the ANY DIRECTION mean.
