Please excuse my stupidity, but when do people ask for letter of rec's on rotations?
I'm not 100% sure, but I've really enjoyed my neurology rotation and I might want to pursue this field in the future, however the problem is that it's my first rotation (and I've been improving, but still, you can imagine the struggles I'm going through every day) and the attendings changed EVERY WEEK. (and I don't think the attending knows me very well, the residents know me though). How am I suppose to get any letter of recommendation?
I believe they are going to forget me if I ask them a year later. And if I ask them now, I'm not 100% that I am going into Neurology, since I still have other rotations to explore too.
