Question about LOR request logistics

So when I ask someone to write me an LOR, I have an ERAS LOR coversheet with instructions for them and the mailing address for our institution's office of student affairs. Should I give them a self-addressed stamped manilla envelope too? I recall feeling like I had to do this in undergrad when applying to med school (to make their lives a little easier). Should I go ahead and do this?
