Question about previous part time semester

Before I transferred to a four year university that I’m currently attending, I took two semesters at my local community college. During one of those two semesters I was only able to take one 3 Credit class because all of the other meaningful classes were filled since I registered late. Will this look very negative for my application in the future when I apply to medical schools? Since then I have been taking only full time semesters.

No one will care even a little bit, especially if you were working on ECs or paid employment to fill up the time.
