I submitted as soon as the applications opened up. There is a radio silence. There was some delay for a letter of recommendation from my employer (a non dated letter was sent inadvertently). Could that have put my application behind in the line of submissions? Should I be worried? There is a weird nervousness creeping into my headspace now because I have received zero communication after my secondaries were completed. Any input/ advice? Thank you

Thank you for your response. My applications were completed by June. It’s just that the error that I mentioned about the LOR got me worried.
To be complete for TMDSAS you need 3 valid LOR, your primary application, and you need to release your MCAT scores to TMDSAS.
Many TMDSAS schools require CASPer so you need that too, submitted directly to the schools, not via TMDSAS.
Secondary essays must be submitted promptly when offered.
Beyond that your qualifications, activities and ability to maturely express yourself in writing are what might move you forward to an interview.

You probably won’t get any more emails from a school unless they invite you for an interview

Got it; thank you for clearing my doubt. I appreciate.
