Question about submitting app early but waiting on a letter of Rec

So recently I realized I might have to get a fourth letter of Rec to be noticed at some schools. Unfortunately I was unaware of this until just recently and I wasn't able to ask the teacher. She had asked but I declined because I thought I already had enough.

Now I have completed my app do you think I can submit my app right now, let them configure my grades/transcript and I can turn in that letter of Rec later on. Or do you think my app would be locked and I cannot add any information in there once it is submitted.

Send your app now. Your application is not held up by letters of rec. When your letter is submitted to aadsas they will forward it to the schools. If you change your mind about a teacher or want to add a new teacher, this is a part of the application you CAN change after you e-submit, the only exception is if the teacher submits their rec and then you change your mind. You won't be able to delete letters that have already been submitted.
