Question about Transfer Courses on Transcript

I am confused about how will the AP credits which appears as 'T' (as in Transfer) on my undergraduate school transcript will be counted in my sGPA and cGPA. I have 1 semester of Gen Chem and 1 semester of Calculus as 'T' on my transcript as they were AP credits.
