Hi,

I proofread my essays several times, but I still found a minor mistake in my application. I didn't capitalize a word that I later realized should have been, will this be a huge issue or should I not worry about it?

Thanks!

Don't worry about it - if you have more secondaries to submit, have a friend proof it to make sure silly mistakes like that don't happen again

Too late now. Why worry about something you can't control.

A single typo will not hurt. Multiples do.

Leave a single typo. It doesn't sound like it changes much in your application. Sending out an addendum likely raises more questions then solve problems, especially for a singular capitalization error.

Even prospective medical students make the occasional error it's not a problem so long as it's isolated and doesn't change a major part of the application.
