Question about Update Letter?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Dear Admissions Dean

Since I last talked to you, (or submitted my app), a paper on which I am a co-author has been accepted for publication..
Effect of DH5-alpha deficiency on chick embryo development
Author 1, 2, 3, 4 etc
In press, 2017 J Development and Neurogenesis

I recently found out that I am a co-author (not very high on the list, but authorship nonetheless which I am happy about since this was sort of missing from my app as I have a lot of posters and great research, but the studies have been complex and slow moving).

It has already been accepted and with minor revisions will be submitted for completion on Monday.

How should I format this in the update letter? Do I include the exact citation, of which I don't think there is one since it hasn't been officially published yet? Do I have to list all of the authors, or can I say I am a co-author on the publication "Super Fancy Science," which was accepted for publication in Big Balls Journal?

I don't believe you need to cite your own name.
I'd say,
Dear Admissions Committee,
I am writing to update my file. A paper I co-authored with my colleagues, Abigail Smith, Charles Jones, Edwin Lee and others will be published next year in the Journal of Neurological Development.

Smith AB, Jones CD, Lee EF, et al. Effect of DH5-alpha deficiency on chick embryo development. J Neuro Dev 2017; in press.
