Destroyer bio #320 says that the radius of a blood vessel decreases, the BP increases. Now when blood vessels dilate, does that ALWAYS cause a decrease in BP, are there any exceptions? I feel like I've run into a couple questions that have asked what happens to BP when you have vasodilation of arterioles vs that of veins and the answer turned out to be different for the two. I don't fully recall though.

As I know from my Physiology class that vasodilation always cause blood pressure to decrease!
I have never heard about exceptions... but let's see if somebody else have another idea

correct me if I am wrong 🙂

vasodilation will increase vessel diameter and that why BP Decrease. so if radius decrease then you will increase BP . hope this help .
