so I have searched this forum, but cannot find a discussion on post-interview thank you letters. Has this been discussed? What should be said in these letters??? Can anyone help to direct me where thsi has been discussed if it has been??

sending a thank you isn't ever going to hurt you and might occasionally help you. so unless you're specifically told not to (they told us not to send thank you notes at my ED interview b/c they emailed the decisions the next day), then i'd be strongly inclined to sent a note.
