I know that grades/board scores are super important for applying to OMS, as are externships, but how much emphasis do you think programs place on Extracurricular activities? I have a few, but nothing huge. Any thoughts?

How you present yourself, your experiences / externships ; enthusiasm; and ability to get along with the attendings and residents will get you ranked.
