Hi so I have a friend who does not have a sdn account (ik, loser right?) and he has a question that he wanted me to post about *typos*

I gave him advice based on my experience with the typo on my secondary that I caught too late (and the one or two i’m sure I made on others and never noticed), which is to do nothing, but we all want expert answers I guess.

Basically, he submitted his primary a few weeks ago and noticed today that on a volunteer activity description (not his most meaningful) he wrote “we rabs ran” instead of “we ran labs” and is on the precipice about it. He’s wondering if he should email schools about the mistake, and maybe add in some positive volunteering he’s been doing in the mean time to atone even further. He’s worried bc this mistake was on his primary, which will be sent to every school on his list.

He says thanks in advance!

I had 3 (THREE) typos on my Georgetown secondary one page "Why us" essay. And here I am about to interview with them! I believe that as long as he wrote well, he will be ok. Not something to bother admissions about IMO.

Don't email about this. Nothing good can come out of it. This mistake might also pique someone's interest in learning more about rab-running.

I’d like to learn more about rab-running as well

*Asking for a friend. 😉

I was also reminded of this

The “not me” me etc haha

Thank you all!!

LOL dw ive previously posted about my fair share of typos and goofs on here. Everyone asks “for a friend” but tbh id rather this one have been my mistake instead of some of the (worse) ones i’ve actually made...
