Question for those who have worked at CVS before?

Usually depends on the pharmacists who trained them at CVS. From what I have seen so far with CVS, they prefer to hire inexperienced people and train them into being techs the "cvs way".

So they expect newly graduated pharmacists to teach the techs even though the pharmacist is new to the system? 😕
 
The technicians in training have training classes to attend before even setting foot into the pharmacy. They shouldn't be assigned to a station such as drop-off or production unless they have completed the appropriate training with the pharmacy trainer.
 
My store is about to go live for RxConnect, ****! I was hoping they would roll all the stores back to Rx2000.

No. That's so dumb even CVS wouldn't do it. We have a guy who just finished his P4 year and is about to be a pharmacist that we are training. By "we" I mean everyone at my store but me lol.

I was hired with no experience and yes there is training... But for the most part it was meh and I learned almost everything on the job.
 
Another question... how would you feel if you were the only pharmacist working in a store that averaged 400-500 scripts per day?

It felt horrible...It sucked...i cannot explain it any other way...
