[Question] How to receive LoRs before AMCAS opens

Is interfolio an official source the AAMC uses to collect letters? A professor asked me to send them an "AAMC or interfolio" link to submit their letter, the AMCAS applicant guide says there's a spot in their app to put letters in but I don't have access to the 2022-2023 AAMC app yet and want to know if interfolio will suffice for now.
