Lesion from last many years
Moderately firm
Wears lower partial denture
Smoked Cigarettes
No lymph nodes enlarged
No skin lesion
No medical problems

And what is definite diagnosis

could be just hyperkeratosis? or due to denture irritation? what are the options?

Idiopathic Luekoplakia
Luekoplakia related to chewing tobacco(odd place to place snuff, but its possible)
Submucous Fibrosis
