question on comlex PE

Hi All,
For the PE, we see a number of patients and write SOAP notes. So, are these cases typically the ones you write progress notes for? Or do we get tested on Admit notes, Discharge notes and such as well?

Just progress notes. No admit or discharge notes. Sometimes you have to write a prescription.
