I've taken several practice tests. It is obvious that on the Bio section, 70-80% of the questions are biology vs. 20-30% organic chem.

I was not able to draw this distinction between Physics and Gen. chem on the physical sciences section. Can any one tell me on which subject would this section be more heavily based ? I personally think there's as many Physics questions as chemistry, but my friend who took the real MCAT last August is saying It's about 60% chemistry, 40% physics. Does any one have a better ratio ?

It's about 50/50.
The decreased organic section has to do with increased capabilities in molecular modeling, thus reducing the need for mechanistic studying and the increased focus on genetics with the advent of the genome mapping.
