Question on U Chicago Pritzer App Procedure

I was trying to find the email that Pritzker sent awhile back but I can't find it anywhere. I know their secondary is available online now but I couldn't remember whether or not they requested a copy of the primary to be sent to them. Also, are they one of the schools that you need to wait until notified before you can submit the secondary?
