Question regarding Ecs

Hello, I am entering my 2nd year at a Canadian school, and I am looking into ECs to do. Right now, I am looking at doing:

Research in a Biomedical Engineering Lab
Pre-Med Students Association
Rowing Team
2 hrs Volunteering a week
Pharmacology Students Association
Marathon Running (I run one every August)

My main questions are:

Will adcoms look adversely on my choosing to work in a BME lab while being a Honors Pharmacology major, at least during my second year? I will hopefully be working in a Pharma lab for my 3rd and 4th years, but I haven't had any Pharma classes yet, and do not know any of the profs.

Are those not enough ECs?

any type of research is excellent. Also, some shadowing would be ideal.

The associations aren't really a big deal, only if you hold a leadership position.
