Question regarding LORs

Hey guys,

I am currently finishing up my 3rd year in Ugrad now and I plan on applying this cycle. I will be taking the MCAT near August and I still haven't done anything on AMCAS or Interfolio. I plan on signing up for Interfolio in a few days and I was just wondering, does the letter of recommendation have to include anything specific? I'm guessing it doesn't have to include my AMCAS ID info but is there anything in particular that I should tell my Professors to write about that medical schools like to see?

In addition to my previous question, what was the general rule on LORs again? 2 from science professors and 2 from other areas? Thanks.

I believe it's ideal to have 2 science 1 humanities/arts and if possible 1 from a physician that you've shadowed/got to know.
