I have been wondering that too, since seeing the term used in that trolling thread earlier. Seemed, in context, to be a slur for "latino"?

Can anyone enlighten us poor clueless souls?

Yes, "beaner" is a slang, derogatory term for someone from Latin America, usually Mexico. Basically, its from the fact that they have a sterotypic diet consisting of a lot of beans, but saying it to someone is akin to any type of racist remark, so its not advised.
