I have a client who pled guilty to a class-A misdemeanor in August 2008. This was his first and only criminal offense. The case was not about drugs or theft. A summary of the case can be found in the below link:

Assuming he passes all other hurdles like grades, etc... Would he be eligible for a PhD in Pharmacy and the appropriate licenses? Basically, is the career still open. Thank you.
