why is "No isolation" important to maintain Hardy weinberg equilibrium? I don't understand how does that come into play

already searched wiki, doesn't have "No isolation" in the hardy conditions,

thanks, one more Q:
the seminal vesicle produces coagulant enzyme and the prostate produces anticoagulant enzyme, what are these enzymes used for???

seminal vesicle fluid is usually used for energy for the sperm while the prostate fluid is alkaline/basic in order to neutralize the pH of the vaggggg

The coagulant enzymes keep the sperms together to get out of the male rep. system. Once the sperms are in the vagina, the anticoagulant enzymes dissipate the sperm, so that they can move faster.
