Is there anyway to make the font size larger on the AAMC practice tests to simulate the ridiculously large font size that I keep hearing about on the real thing? Thanks

It's not ridiculously large at all. A little bit larger but I seriously doubt a small change like that is going to make a big deal for you on your test if you prepared well besides that. When I saw the text, I barely noticed that it looked a little bit different and then I remembered some SDN users bitching about how they weren't prepared for the change.

Going off what the above user said, it's my personal opinion that attempting to recreate exact testing conditions is futile. Regardless of how hard you try, you won't get the exact same conditions and the testing center may not work out as perfectly as you expected it to (I had a girl crying loudly in the middle of mine... obviously I didn't anticipate this during my practice tests).

Yup, it's important to mimic testing environments so you'll be comfortable on test day but there's a limit as to how close you can (or need) to get.

Wear your earplugs. Put away your phone. Follow strict timing guidelines. Don't use the internet in-between sections. Use scrap paper. Eat a nice little snack between sections and use the bathroom, etc.

Outside of that.. just hang out with the AAMC FLs!
