quick questions now that interviews are winding down

Alright so i havent received any of these calls or letters from programs indicating how I did...does that mean i blew the interview, or does it mean anything?

Secondly, I went to a caribbean med school and was wondering if that will affect my ranking. I know it affected how my application is viewed for sure, but wasnt certain if once I reached the interview stage I would be on "even" ground or would I still take a backseat to other US graduate applicants. Not bitter, just wondering how my odds are (got 7 interviews, would really like to match in the top 3) but I guess this is what fmg's go through.
