Is it absolutley necessary to send all my transcripts to a four-year undergraduate school? I had a 4.0 at a community college and then transferred to a four year school. I hated the school and was suddenly informed by my spouse that I would be getting a divorce. My spouse told me I was no longer welcome at my house. I was unable to concentrate on school and earned a D and two Fs. I have since relocated and want to start over again. I wish I could just forget about that nightmare and not even send those transcripts to my new school. Sorry if this question has been asked before. Thanks.

In general, the answer is yes. You should supply all transcripts. You are welcome to include an explanation for your poor performance, but not mentioning it is fraud and can get you expelled / terminated anytime in the future if discovered.
