Yea seems to be backup when the patient’s insurance won’t cover exparel/zynrelef/whatever the latest scam drug is.

All the same result. Getting a new joint hurts.

Most places I've been have used this for years since residency. They moved away from exparel years ago.

A bunch of our orthos use it in lieu of blocks. For whatever reason they call it CERT here, clonidine, epi, ropi, toradol.
