My most creative answer was that it's never helpful to add "correlate clinically". That's what we do at all times, and is thus implicit.

I started putting correlate radiologically as one of my reasons for ordering imaging just to **** with em.

Also, I suggested a format like this:

Stomach: xxx yyy zzz

Liver: xxx yyy zzz

Gallbladder: xxx yyy zzz

Colon: xxx yyy zzz

Don't get all Faulkner on me and have long winded paragraphs on normal findings.

Our rads do this. I just assumed it was standard until I read rads reports from other places.
