haha, thanks 🙂

i decided to add a few schools at the last minute, including university of alabama birmingham, who actually pays for all expenses for their MD/PhD interviewees (flight, hotel, meals), so i figure if i get an interview there, that $30 and secondary fee will be well spent 😛

UAB is great. I have never been there but know tons of folks who trained there and 1) they're awesome and 2) they loved it.

I'm trying to do some stuff from home and U Mich has approximately 50,000 passwords that you need to use to do anything. One of them isn't working so I'm stuck. 😡

I'll just go watch the shuttle.

kidneys arent ALL chemistry. the physiology is but you've also got pathology. check it out, horseshoe kidney. show me the chemistry in this Q! :meanie:

beary.... what does this kidney get snagged on that prevents it from moving to its correct location? that was on my step 1, soooo nailed it. 😀

yeah the strapless tops are always good for that......omg people around here live in the tanning beds and they come out all crispy burnt looking like orange freaks. it's so strange...i can't understand

yeah, tanning beds are a bad idea anyway...but it's so blatantly obvious in places like PA and Ohio where you know there's no beach nearby...

i think they look like oompa loompas sometimes when they get really orange 😛

child protection/ER social work at one of our peds hospitals. I've been praying for rain harder than I've ever prayed, b/c hospital policy is that we have to assess all burn victims.

4th of July + fireworks = lots of potential burn victims

so far, so good. 🙂

people in ohio......i swear. go on spring break and get themselves so burnt the first day it ruins their whole vacation. "he he i laid out all day so i could get a great tan!" put on some damn sunscreeen fool. Go in the tanning bed for 20 minutes when they are as pale as casper

ha ha my first trip to New Zealand I went fishing and was burnt with blisters after 10 minutes (low ozone).

I learned my lesson and now always wear sunscreen undermy makeup and bare skin. I've been perpetually white for 6 years now.
