Do you folks get them online? Is there a site you just have to check all the time? Or do you get an email?

We check them online and will get something in the mail at some point later. I wish they would e-mail them. That would be a lot better than constantly refreshing the website! 😉

Or they should just put it up now and let it be done with so I can win my bet with you, Mr. T, Ana, S&M, VN, and all the other regulars. 😉 😛 🙂  :meanie: :meanie:

Did I tell ya'll I've been having this repeat dream where I get a 15,14,13 - ugh. for some reason that's making me MORE nervous.

It could happen, you never know!!!!!! You were getting 36-37s on your practice tests so you never know what may be possible. Maybe its gods sign to you. 🙂

Guju! Long time!! What's up girly?

Been attempting to study for the MCAT and took part of a practice test today but going to start taking them in real time conditions starting Monday when I start taking some Kaplan or AAMC tests

Not been doing TPR tests in real time conditions since I've used them before but still wanted to do them in the way Kaplan students would use the topical tests.

Got a 10 on EK 101 VR test yesterday and 9 on VR test today from the 4931 VR section of TPR test. I also got a 8 on PS but woulda had a 10 if I hadn't made dumbo mistakes and been running short on time.

Actually, other then that I'm volunteering at a couple of clinics and doing some research and dance stuff. Other then that, not much else new here.

I've been checking in every now and then but not having a computer makes it hard cuz I gotta come to USF just to get online.

On a side note, a very very good friend from my highschool years got accepted to med school off waitlist. I'm really proud of her cuz she's one of the few people I respect from my hometown.

It is a gorgeous day here...supposedly a high of 96, but I am not buying it. Thankfully, it doesn't feel too bad. I washed the convertible last night and drove it to church this morning (top up)...then, I went to Lowe's with the top down...like everyone else.

They are having some triathalon thing or something here today (something I think they are calling the Nissan Xterra eco challenge or whatever) and the biking portion is taking place practically right outside my front door. We live just off the river and James River Park has a ton of awesome things to do...kayaking, mountain biking, canoeing...you get the picture. We still have never been down there...too busy working on the house. Aggh! 😱 🙄

Yeah but I'm going to Chi-town soon!!!!! I'm excited. My parents friend is getting married.

On another side note, do you guys ever feel weird when you go back to your hometown and run into people who would have never talked to you when you were living there and then when you go home now do you find that they start trying to be really nice to you??????

I find that happens a lot every time I go home. It weirds me out a little bit.

I expect all of you to sign up.
just signed up 😉

ps: i am sooooo beat. i just took a bhangra class. fun stuff, but definitely exhausting, especially when the room is un-aircondtioned and it's 90 degrees out here. the class runs for 2 hours on wednesdays and sundays until august 13, when we will perform at the hatch shell on the esplanade. should be fun! i'm not sure if i will be able to do the performance b/c i'm going to miss at least 2 of the classes, but hopefully I can still do it.

My Sunday nights are empty without GA! I haven't been watching the playoffs...so that is only my last resort.

I don't have a hometown really. The longest I lived anywhere before college was 2 years.

dallas is scared.

the heat are up by 4 points right now, they have a 20+ game winning streak if they lead by halftime so thats a major thing for them if they can make that happen tonight.

i've been waiting for it to get warm in boston. 90 is a little much though. how do y'all texans do it, VD? 😱
I've become nocturnal. 🙄 The humidity makes it worse; dry heat wouldn't be that bad.

It's okay to be outside from about october til april or may - the rest of the time we sprint from a/c house to a/c car to a/c work/school. I'm serious. I haven't been outside longer than 10 minutes in TX heat since May.

haha, true dat. that's why i think i would be ok in a place that is normally warm...b/c everywhere inside would have AC/central air. it's more of a rareity (sp?) in boston because you can really only use the AC for 3 months out of the year.

I need tinted windows in my car (leather seats) ouch. I have seen commercials for those solar fans that you attach to your window to keep your car cool. I don't see how they could work but I wanna try them. My car is always so stinking hot. We've had the a/c on for months 😳

Well to slowly wean me off so I'm ready for school 😳 If you guys have noticed I'm not posting as much. I really need to do well this year in school but I'm getting better at being more efficient on SDN at least 😉 So i'm able to post a little more now. Plus having advanced search back helps me immensely 😀

Thanks but no thanks. We have an internal method of post-holding in our house. You give up the password and then there are a series of events which include changing passwords, emails and the such.

I don't need post-holds I just need to study 🙁 STUDY I SAY! Plus I need to moderate 😛 I'm just gearing up for the fall! I might not have my laptop for July. Hubby might take for his away rotation. Looks like I better get everything transferred to the backup drive and remove all incriminating materials!

catch me up mush! what exactly are you taking this summer? i'm sorry if you told me before and i forgot, i think it might have been lost in the great usmle brain re-wiring of 2006. 😉 you said that you wanted to take the computer mcat next year right? so i guess you're taking regular classes now.

thats awesome! theres a club at the undergrad campus here that meets up everyweek to do the same thing. med students, undergrads, etc are all welcome.

Well maybe next year. Right now just taking a poly sci class (a retake) and med term class. As well as learning lab techniques in an immuno lab. Nothing hard but I need to do well in the classes. They are quite easy but I'm easing myself in for the fall 😉
