You should have your guard up for the damn placentas. And when you're all standing there with the damn thing, discussing, "Should we send this to path?" The correct answer is NO.

We had FOURTEEN placentas yesterday. Seriously.

i actually think i like working with patients beary, i dont know if thats just peds missing with my head or if thats really what i want but i like the clinical aspect of medicine a lot. pathology is still on my list though, no worries. 😛

like a grand rounds type of thing? dont worry beary, dont you remember watching those as an M3 and 4? they finish early ALL the time. just dont finish in 10 minutes. :laugh:

What is an avg score (not saying you did avg of course 😉 )? I am not familiar with the scoring for the USMLE.

Yeah, it is not the same as revealing the score for your MCAT. I wouldn't announce mine publicly either.

No unfortunately. We had little presentations to the infectious disease folks every day. This is a big presentation to the path department. About pseudomonas.

Oh yeah, but I didn't smell him. :laugh: In fact I didn't even get to hold him because he was sleeping and his mom doesn't want him to get used to being held too often. That kind of makes me sad because I think babies need to be held, but oh well. 🙁

Ohhhh that makes more sense now. So you met up with someone that had a new baby. I got it now. I was just confused cuz you mentioned new baby and you in the same sentence. :laugh: :laugh: 😉

Awww! I love babies! They are so adorable...and then they become bratty kids, which are not so cute. Sorry, I have the worst kids that live in my apartment complex! grrrr!
