I'm on Khaz Modan!! We should play together. I would be happy to start a character on your server, or you could start one on mine. 🙂 I have a 53 tauren hunter, a 18 human paladin, a 13 undead rogue, and a 12 night elf druid. (Obviously I spend 95% of my time playing the hunter).

Heh. I have a couple of characters (I'm a confirmed altaholic) but no one past 10 or so.

Perhaps I'll roll one up tomorrow on Khaz Modan!

i'm not sure molly but i dont think babies can take hemodialysis, the pressures involved are just too high for a newborn. i'm pretty sure thats why the babies are on peritoneal. great question though, i wish i would have thought of it this afternoon! 🙂

in general though, when choosing between peritoneal vs hemodialysis in adults it all depends on the patient. if the patient lives in a rural area far away from a dialysis center, peritoneal is a great option. its also great for patients who just dont want to take out all the time to go through the hemodialysis sessions every week, peritoneal can be done at night while you sleep and then again during your lunch hour for example. thats what i remember from the lecture a year ago. some patients just cant handle that much self care though, i'm sure you know what i'm talking about since you have healthcare experience so for those hemodialysis is a given.

EI sucks. If you're audited and don't have measurable goals with supporting data for each session, you end up having to pay back the money you were paid.

In their eyes, limited documentation = no documentation = erroneous claim = recoupment.

When asked what I could add to a class to make it more diverse - I can educate on the rigors and painfulness of billing, denial, rebilling, red tape, half payment.

I thought the responses were very interesting. In the first 24 hrs. the poll turned out exactly how I thought it was going to, but then it shifted and a lot more guys were saying no and a lot more girls were saying yes.

I'm just waiting to see how many interviewers bring up that I was a managed care case manager.. talk about a touchy subject!

I lost an honor rank already just since I started residency. 🙁 I am in a hardcore end-game guild and there are folks in my guild that PvP 12+ hours/day, 7 days a week. :scared:

Well, I think that's one of the great things about WoW. You can get whatever out of it you want. You can have low level characters and just do little local quests that take very little time. You can do huge worldwide quests that take a lot longer. You can spend time in battlegrounds playing against other players (this is what I spend most of my time doing). As you progress towards level 60, most folks start spending time "raiding" which basically are quests that require up to 40 folks working together.

I was going to take my tauren to 60 (which is going to take a long time - leveling really slows down around 50) and then just work on honor and switch to other characters. But they're coming out with an expansion pack raising the level cap to 70 and adding a whole new continent.

Not to be punny, but WoW. 🙂

That's crazy. I enjoy gaming, but I'm pretty casual about it, and I'm certainly not a min/maxer... I just like to have fun and not worry about whether or not I could get another 0.00000001 DPS with a different build.

I thought I was sort of hardcore, but folks in my guild take it to a whole new level. 😱 I agree, I just play for fun. It's not a job - I don't want mandatory guild meetings and raids. I just spent a bunch of gold though on respecing my tauren to try to get a better PvP build. 😳

Didn't mean to imply that there's anything wrong with trying to make the best character you can!

And, heh, I've never seen a gold piece in WoW.
