did it happen in the lounge? cause other than this forum, i only posted in the lounge
Yes. Mostly just people were harassed by people on SDN and I know people who were "stalked" in real life as well.

And no, pip doesn't count 😉

Philly has an AWESOME lineup next summer. Spamlot, Edward Scissorhands (composer of wicked is doing it), wicked and PIPPIN! 😍 I was in pippin my freshman year of HS. What a great show.

STL has Spamalot and Edward Scissorhands this season... I soooooo want to see Spamalot!

Pippin is an awesome show. I have the sheet music of the score at my mom's house..

me too! I'm a huge monty python fan. I'd rather see that over wicked actually 😳 But I want to see both relatively soon.

*singin* We've got magic to do, just for you*/singin* I miss singing. I was rather good at it in high school. I wish I had voice lessons, probably would have gone far with it. That and piano. I just had too many hobbies though. I was the type of girl that wanted to move which is why sports were great for me!

Ok I just thought of something. If I did volunteering in high school ('93-'97) would I put it on my application. It was something I was passionate about (I coached field hockey for the younger girls every fall for 4 years and lacrosse for 2 years). Or would that be too old? I did hardly anything in college. *sigh*

PUT IT DOWN!

If it's something you were very passionate about and involved in, I would put it down. I know a few people who did that and who talked about it in interviews

Before I met my hubby, my #1 choice would be in the philly/jersey area. I was only going to apply to schools on the east coast. Now I'll most likely be applying only in Oklahoma. We'll see when the time comes to apply next year. My hubby is applying to residencies right now so wherever he goes, I go. (and his top choice is in our current location so I'm hoping I dont have to move! I have WAY too many contacts here and opportunities!)

Good question. I pretty much just worked during college. I wasn't sure where my interests laid at that point. I was part of club field hockey my junior year and soph year I was treasurer of my dorm.

oh my goodness... i thought for a second there you wrote "when i met hubby #1..."
You didn't know I've been married 3 times? 😛

lili - did you volunteer while you worked? I did AHA heartwalk and a few other things. I got to row in the Dad Vail Regatta two years in a row for my company. It was a volunteer thing. That was fun.

But I'm kinda happy that I got to see other parts of the country too. That was part of the reason why I DID end up moving. I wanted out of philly area. I had been there too long.

Yea, I am just getting into philly because I am from Reading.....which sucks big time

 There are a ton of cool cities to look into though. I wanted to apply to NOLA and NC schools as well as even a few others throughout the nation. Don't close yourself off. I'm glad I got the opportunity to see what is out there. 🙂
