I have nothing to do but hang out on SDN for the weekend it seems like.

Yeah me too. 🙁 My husband took this week off and it's been fun having him around so much. He goes back to work on Sunday. *sniff sniff*

I'll be on SDN a whole lot more after tomorrow. :meanie:

Everyone is always on the opposite schedule.

Tomorrow is my 6 month anniversary and I think I'll get some take out for dinner.

You should go out for your 6 month wedding anniversary! Congrats. 😀

I was 6 months pregnant on my 6 month wedding anniversary!

That must have been a nice honeymoon 😉 I am! I'm going to a 10am movie tomorrow and then maybe lunch ... I'd like a full afternoon just drinking some margaritas or something. 😀
The clinic is doing a cleaning day tommorrow but they promised pizza if we showed up. I am SO in! 😀

What are your flippers good for? I meana little of stroke but the pulley I think work well for that purpose too and a great arm exercise.

well you swim faster in them, but they really work out the legs and butt

the fins gave me a good workout... i was zoomin thru the water... heh my arm stroke had to catch up

i used the paddles too but then i got way too sore but i do think it helped in my form...

its amazing how focused i get when i'm at the pool... i had no idea how long i was there... i only left because there was a darn pool party

Well I don't want to piss them off but I like mowing before its hot. And I want to go to a 10am movie.

I usually mow around 8pm - our front yard faces west so that's around the time it is usually cool enough to do the front.

I love winter when the grass goes dormant. 😀

it's amazing how much i just laid on my butt at the pool. it was fun, though 🙂 i finally did get in the water and realized it's not as cold as i had thought.

oh... outdoor pool?
yup. it's the public pool right down the street from me. i can't believe i didn't know about it last summer. it's only $10 to join for all of july and august, and they have good hours.

hi guys! damn you people talk a lot. lili and nikki and whoring it up trying to be the OP of part 4 and mushy is trying to finally take a lead on DrMom for the #1 poster spot. Those 3 events together = this thread will be dead in a little over a week at this pace. 😱 :scared:

I'm going to kill my husband. I was giving him directions to the movie theater and we were on the phone. i was half paying attention to him when the phone went dead. We weren't saying much b/c he was looking for the theater. That was 15 mins ago and I tried to call him back with no answer (like a gazillion times). I'm hopefully worrying for nothing but that isn't like him if we get disconneted. :scared:

 yes, working on not being so pale anymore...it's a slow process.
i've been to boston once when i interviewed at Tufts. it was march 2004 and we got hit by snow. 😀

Boston's an awesome town s&m, i would have loved to be a student up there but there was almost a 100 grand difference between med school at Tufts and down here. it just wasnt worth it but it definitely a residency possibility.

back from happy hour. nothing spectacular. there are only 2 of us in our department who are under 35, and the other one couldn't go, so it was me and a bunch of 50/60-somethings.

good margaritas and really cheap Mexican food though!
That's all you really need in life!

boston is definitely awesome. but i've had about enough of the freezing cold. i'd actually enjoy being somewhere a little warmer now. 🙂

though i don't think i'd be able to turn down HST if by some miracle of god i made it into the program.
