Hahahaha, my husband doesn't get credit for that idea. 😉 He proposed to me with a teeny tiny little ring - just something cheap to have when he did it, but he wanted us to design our own rings when we got closer to the wedding.

So I designed my own ring (more or less - the setting is based very closely on a 1930s ring I saw on the internet that I loved!!) and the sapphire idea was mine.

Hmmm in that case, maybe I won't try anything too complicated just yet

They are probably flooded with intial AMCAS stuff - they'll get to you. You meet their cutoff AND they want the money!

What type of medical devices?

Arrow's meat and potatoes has been catheters, but the other big thing they do is cardiac assist devices (it is saturated with Penn State grads, and Penn State has a big artificial heart program)

I might be working an internship in product development on a new LVAD, which would be super cool imo. But we'll see how it all works out....
