A short quiz:

In the Random Non-MCAT thread you are allowed to discuss all of the following EXCEPT:

A.) Breaststicks
B.) the MCAT
C.) cake
D.) VD

If you chose B then congrats! You are ready to begin postwhoring in the Random non-MCAT and only peripherally related to the MCAT thread - Part Quatro 😎

Dr. D - I'm coming to get you for all those nasty comments you've made about me. :meanie:

Translation: Just scheduled my Vandy interview

:scared: I never meant any of those hippy comments and I promise I'll never give you a "get back to work" slap ever again.

But glad to hear lodging in Nashvegas worked out for you. Hope you enjoy my alma mater. Congrats!

Dr. D.: My contrapositive bro, congrats on your 1,000th accolade of post-whoring.

Adios for now fellow randomites,
-Dr. P.

Why thank you; I certainly couldn't have done it without the help of Randomites and pre-allo buds such as yourself. You should get to 500 stat.

i think I'm just going to buy a cake. I asked Joe what he wanted me to make and he couldn't answer. I offered chocolate, white, strawberry, carrot, and german chocolate cakes, and he said no. So forget making it. I'm just going to buy it and he'll eat what he gets. :meanie:

Mmmm cake. I love carrot cake with cream cheese icing. A friend of mine also makes a wicked rhubarb cake.

ooooooo rhubarb cake sounds interesting. I'm used to making rhubarb pie (I used to keep the plants alongside our house growing up) but not cake.

gives me something to think about doing tomorrow 😉

It's really good...very moist. Plus, her recipe has brown sugar instead of white, so the caramely taste covers up some of the sour taste of the rhubarb

Ok people, I am adamant that you visit my blog for my last post and give me your suggestions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks 😳

I read your letter...It looks really good. Who is this prof you're writing? If you worked closely with him/her, I think that your letter is more than sufficient. Your reasons for entering med school are well thought out and it's good that you've explained how your life experiences led you to your decision to pursue medicine. All in all, good job! :luck:

I was in a Ph.D. program from 2001-2003 and I was the research assistant for my stipend for this particular professor. Here's his web page at JMU: http://www.csd.jmu.edu/people/watts.html

MOOOOOOO
-Cow

P.S.: My apologies, two cows entered my house randomly. One squared off against me while the other one accessed my computer and left the above message. It took a good 2 hours, but I was able to escape the wrath of the first cow and wrestle the second cow to the ground and add this post-script.
Damn cows, I'm getting a steak.

oh crap sorry i totally misread this:

"Most of the people I know ended up getting their best score on the real thing, so hopefully that will be the case for you too "

I read it as:
Most of the people know I ended up getting their best score on the real thing, so hopefully that will be the case for you too

lol my bad

Ok so I have two days before my interview for this job (and probably the start of work for a year) and I want to do something cool. I have talked to most of my friends and nobody is going to be around tomrrow or monday (being back home SUCKS!), so I think I am going to be doing this solo 🙁 .

My 2 choices are

1) Go to Atlantic City and play poker for the day.

2) Go to Six Flags Great Adventure for the day.

What should I do??
