Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere's the thread!

Not sure what the Random thread is all about? Well, here's the answer to all your questions.

It's basically a restaurant. That serves breaststicks. And lots of cute fruit and veggies. And is patronized by a HO. And Tucker Carlson. Vin Diesel, too. Lots of race car drivers eat here, as well. We're very well respected by the Amish... one girl in particular is here almost all the time.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

Congratulations to everyone who made Part 4 such a kickass thread!!!

RAD, yes, 14 grand slams for Sampras. Men's record.

They had mutual respect for each other. But yeah, they weren't friends.

I would hope that he would come just to respect him, really. But I know Sampras really wanted to isolate himself from the game after he retired.

The thing which sucks is that I started watching tennis at the start of the 2003 season (when Sampras had unofficially retired)....Hewitt was the distinct #1 at that point and Federer was all potential and no results. Things change quickly

Check out Andre's wife's stats. Their kids will be some tennis freaks of nature, eh?

Australian Open 4 Titles
French Open 6 Titles
Wimbledon 7 Titles
U.S. Open 5 Titles

It's so corny what Blake is doing.....such an Agassi wannabe (yah, I know he's supposed to be paying tribute, but its so ******ed when he's doing that bowing thing....same way Agassi does it)

No freakin way......damn she beat him.

Andre is married to Steffi Graf, one of the best female tennis players in the game. To his credit, the female game was (and still is) very narrow, and usually the same 2-3 people win.
-Dr. P.

P.S.: Martina Hingis is my fav. woman's player...I was sad to see her leave the US Open early. 🙁

I was fortunate enough to have watched since the early 90s. My dad is a big tennis fan and he always wanted me to play, but I liked cars and bball more 😉

My favorite match was in 2002 when Sampras and Agassi played in the US open championship game. It was amazing that my two favorite guys, some of the oldest pros, were duking it out right there.

I can't believe Navratilova is still playing....isn't she like 90

It was funny today 'cause they showed the 1995 US Open finals when Sampras beat Agassi...some tribute

My uncle and grandpa are such big tennis fans.....that's the only reason why I know the names of the players

That game was an absolute shocker to me. I was watching and Hingis just seemed so weird with what she was doing. It seemed that everytime something went her way, she just made it as if it was all luck and brushed if off, didn't try to build off of any momentum. I used to like her a lot a few years ago, but I hope she makes a comeback.

I can't say who my favorite player is that actually has a shot at winning. I liked Capriati.

Hate to say it but Agassi kind of deserved that.

During the Agassi-Sampras era, the media loved Agassi when Sampras was the more classic player in every respect (most rpm on his serve, one-handed, serve and volley, didn't complain, PUKED during a match and still kept playing) while Agassi was a bit more gaudy (esp. in the beginning of his career).

Sampras was awesome...I wish I could have seen him play.

That, Williams, is a much greater regret than missing out on a Chicago-style pizza.

Oh yeah I think I do remember Sampras puking at one time.

I remember him throwing up while I was watching with my brother and dad. It was f'n gross. I can't believe the cameras actually showed his crap all over the ground. He definitely was determined and never gave up.

Yes, it is a larger regret than chicago-style pizza, but I'm glad I don't have that regret since I saw it all! 😛

Well they should only be showing Agassi's career highlights now.......the ones that he actually won  since they are paying a tribute to him

I liked Capriati's game but she's been gone for YEARS...I don't know if she'll ever come back as strong. But as good as she is, she is dumb as a post. Really is.

If it doesn't work then just forget it. The only thing good about it is that you can make it 3D...but it's not worth messing up your internet.
