Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere's the thread!

Not sure what the Random thread is all about? Well, here's the answer to all your questions.

It's basically a restaurant. That serves breaststicks. And lots of cute fruit and veggies. And is patronized by a HO. And Tucker Carlson. Vin Diesel, too. Lots of race car drivers eat here, as well. We're very well respected by the Amish... one girl in particular is here almost all the time.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

Congratulations to everyone who made Part 4 such a kickass thread!!!

And thank you to the ever generous, intelligent, lovely, and kind Nichole, who let me start the thread even though she won the last one. 🙂

anyone ever see "tears of the sun" with Bruce Willis? 🙁 Way too emotional for me. Such a hard movie for me to see anything in which human suffering. Just makes me appreciate what I have that much more but along the same time my heart aches to help those who need it.

It's a good movie. Emotional, yes, but a great job done on the acting part.

Grumman: If you haven't seen it, there's a pair of F16 Falcons in it.

Some theory about the crash right now: possibly took off on the shorter runway, which wasn't enough. That would be terrible for 49 people to die because of a bad decision that should've been EASILY prevented. 🙁

They also said most probably died from the fire and not the impact...

damn it i slept in and missed the race. turned off the alarm clock and went back to bed. i was able to wake up for QUALIFYING but not the race. how lame

Morning everyone! The F1 race finished almost an hour ago. The number 2 Ferrari driver got his first win ever. 🙂 TONS of passing, great race.
lol I knew a post like this would be here somewhere. just had to go find it. oh well i'll just have to watch the highlights later

LOL! If you don't get a replay, just download it tomorrow. I download the races regardless. 🙂

not yet, don't you worry. I will see it soon (and probably buy it on DVD too!)

There is one painful blunder in the film that was just an obvious marketing scheme:

During the bar scenes, they show a tap for Yuengling Lager about 20 different times. According to my dad, Lager wasn't even invented until the late 80's, and people in Philly would have never been drinking Yuengling at a bar period because back then it was considered a cheap, nasty "mountain man" beer. Check it out when you see it  They obviously paid big bucks to get that in there.

1987 to be exact 😉

Before it wasn't a consistent brewery as it shut down a few years during 70's and 80's. But it was regular "beer" ha.

Wikipedia rocks.

Good afternoon!!! Man you guys get up mad early. I just feel like sleeping in all day....another crummy weather 🙁

The Insider has got to be one of the worst movies I've seen in a while....lame...lame...lame!

Confirmed: plane took off on the wrong runway. It needed 5,000 ft, but instead took off on one with 3,200 ft. Very preventable 🙁

Where is that?

Lexington, KY. Plane took off around 5:30 AM, crashed within a mile off takeoff. The runway it went on was not lit at that time since it's only used for day. It was dark and the real runway to use was fully lit. For some reason the pilot went to the wrong one...
